Burgundy

Burgundy is the performance alias of Montreal native singer/songwriter Gabriel Brault-Rivera. 
Gabriel who was born in November 2001 started singing at age 6. He picked up the guitar and piano in his early teens and wrote his first song at 13.  4 years later(2019), Burgundy had composed and written over 40 songs inspired by everyday life experiences. In October 2019, Burgundy produced and released his first single “Sane” which was well-received by his small fan base and started to gain momentum on Spotify soon after.  Burgundy quickly followed up with his second single “Commit” which he released in November 2019. Like “Sane”, “Commit” was well received and is gaining good momentum on Spotify and other platforms. Burgundy’s music is qualified by many as deep, inspired and relatable. For now, it’s hard to pin a genre to his music, Burgundy is… Burgundy. This being said, there is certainly a "real" factor and a chill vibe to his work. 
Burgundy is releasing is third single in December 2019 and is currently working on his first album that is planned to be out in Q1 2020.
